Loyalty Reward Program

Qualified shoppers who register at MFASCO.com can earn Loyalty Reward Points for each purchase.  Customers who are logged in and are on a product detail page will notice a points & dollar value listed next to each item.  When purchasing item(s), the Loyalty Reward program gives you 5% back in the form of a Reward Code used for future purchases.  To learn more about the Loyalty Reward program, please read the comprehensive FAQ below.

Loyalty Reward Program FAQ

What is the Loyalty Reward Program?
While shopping at MFASCO Health & Safety, qualified registered customers will earn Reward Points for the money spent.  Once 100 points or more are earned, you will qualify to receive a Loyalty Reward Code that can be redeemed towards a future purchase.   

How does the Program Work?
All qualified registered customers simply need to buy and pay for items to earn points.  Each item we sell displays a points and dollar value when viewing the product detail page.  When you purchase and pay for products from MFASCO, the total dollar amount paid of qualifying items ordered are used to calculate the amount of points earned.   On the 1st of every month, qualified customers who have 100 or more points will be emailed a Loyalty Code generated by our system.  This code can be applied against a future purchase.  The code is good for 1 year from the date issued.

Points & Values
Currently, for every dollar spent, you will earn 1 point.  Example: 

    Product Price:  $100.00
    Points Earned:  100
    Cash Value of Points Earned:  $5.00

How Do I Redeem My Loyalty Points?
An email will be sent to you with your Reward Code.  Simply enter the code in the Reward Code box on the checkout page at your next purchase and the amount awarded will be deducted from the invoice before checkout has been completed.

How many points do I need to earn before I can receive my Loyalty Reward code?
In order to have a Loyalty Code emailed, your account must have at least 100 points as of the 1st of the month.

How many points must I earn per transaction to qualify? 
There is no order minimum as long as the total amount purchased is more than 1 dollar and you are logged into your account.  On the 1st of the month, if you have earned 100 points or more,  our system will calculate, generate and email your Loyalty Code.

Is there a maximum number of points I can redeem at one time?
No, you can earn or use as many loyalty points as you like.  Our system can only apply one code per purchase.  MFASCO reserves the right to withhold loyalty points for products that have been specially priced or negotiated with a customer.  Please ask Customer Service if you have been quoted special pricing.

Will I earn Points for Shipping Fees Or Tax?
No, only products can generate points.  Shipping and Taxes or other fees are not included in the amount used to calculate your points.

Can I earn points for items on sale or being discontinued? 
We calculate points on the sale price before tax and shipping.  If the item is on sale, the points value is displayed on the item detail page.  This policy can change, so we recommend that you check this page often for any changes made to the Loyalty Reward program.

Can I earn Points when I redeem points? 
Yes & No.  At checkout, discounts and coupons are deducted first from the total points available before you pay.  Points are earned for the sale amount after deductions and before taxes and shipping.

Can I redeem my points when I mail my check?
Customers with terms cannot use Loyalty Points when submitting a payment after the purchase has been completed.  Loyalty points will not be accepted when making a payment with a check or money order.  


Conditions of Use:

• Loyalty Points are only available to qualifying, registered MFASCO Health & Safety customers.  Some customers such as resellers, special groups or organizations do not qualify for this program. 
• Points must be redeemed at the time of purchase.
• Loyalty Points can only be earned and used for purchases at MFASCO Health & Safety. 
• MFASCO reserves the right to withhold loyalty points for products that have been specially priced or negotiated with a customer.  MFASCO may also exclude the use of loyalty points or discount coupons when used in combination with one another.  
• Points are non-refundable or exchangeable for cash under any circumstances.
• Loyalty Points or Reward Codes will not be refunded for any cancelled order.
• When using your Loyalty Code, you will still be responsible to pay for the balance remaining at checkout.
• When calculating the amount of points earned, shipping fees and taxes are excluded.
• We reserve the right to make changes to this policy at any time without prior notice or liability.
