Plastic cabinet measures 12"w x 9.75 h x 4.75" d and has wall mounting holes on the back. Front locking mechanism makes it easier to remove full sharps containers and replace. When replacing sharps container, just open the door, slide out full container and slide in new container. No lining up or fighting to hang sharps container.
