Shipping policy

We ship orders from our Roseville, Michigan warehouse. Most orders are received within 4 business days. The closer to Michigan you are, the sooner you'll get your supplies!
Our business hours are Monday thru Friday, 8 AM to 3 PM EST. Most orders are shipped the same day we receive it or on the next business day. We process most orders for shipment within an hour of receiving. Please note at this time we only ship to locations within the United States. 
Our order minimum is only $10.00 and there are no additional processing charges for small-value orders.
We also want to give our customers the best deal we can so we have put together a great shipping offer. If you purchase at least $50.00 in products we have a flat rate shipping amount of $8.99. If your purchase exceeds $125.00, your order ships for FREE! This offer is for qualifying customers only.

At this time we only collect and pay sales tax in the states of Michigan and South Dakota. If you are a non-profit or tax exempt within these states contact customer service so we can properly designate your account as non-taxable. A tax exemption form may be required for our records.
