Celox gauze pad combines a first aid gauze dressing with Celox granules to become a highly effective emergency dressing for stopping bleeding. This Hemostatic gauze pad is coated with Celox granules which controls bleeding of cuts, wounds, lacerations and abrasions.

The Celox gauze pad is 8" x 8" size but has perforations so that you can adjust the size for smaller cuts and abrasions. Celox haemostats use a premium quality chitosan formula that has been proven in tests to provide fast acting and efficient blood control. Celox works in even extreme temperatures or for patients that taking anti-coagulation medications.  Any residual chitosan granules that are left on the skin are naturally absorbed into the body.
