The S.T.A.T tourniquet is one of the easiest medical tourniquets to use for both professional first responders as well as civilians and bystanders during emergency situations. The design of the STAT tourniquet is simple, just place around the injured limb, feed the end thru the mouth and pull upward to tighten. The self-locking mechanism will automatically lock when you cease pulling, making this one of the fastest tourniquets available with a normal application time of 2 seconds. 

Additional features of the STAT tourniquet include precision tightening in 2 mm increments, visible usage instructions printed right on the tourniquet, a releasable lever for easy removal by medical personnel, a finger loop that gives you extra gripping when you're applying the tourniquet and a tail holder for holding the excess tourniquet strap. 

Built- in timer begins counting as soon as it is activated with just a press of a button. No batteries or markers needed to keep accurate timing of tourniquet application. 

The S T A T tourniquet can also be combined with 2 or more tourniquets to use on hip displacements or torso compressions.
