Frequently Asked Questions
Every MFASCO first aid kit product page includes the refill tools and resources. FInd the cabinet product page that best meets your needs. Then, click the "Refill This Kit" link found just below the product image thumbnails. This will take you down the page to the first aid cabinet refill options, tools, and resources. If you have an MFASCO first aid kit with a qr code on the front or side, use that to direct you to the refill tools and resources for that specific kit.
A self-managed system gives you control over your budget and your inventory. You order only what you need and avoid monthly stocking fees or contracts. Many workplaces reduce compliance spending by fifty percent or more after switching.
Each MFASCO workplace kit has a matching list of supplies. You can select a completely new kit that includes the box and everything inside the kit, a refill pack that includes all the supplies without the cabinet, or individual items for quick top-offs. The first step is to find the MFASCO kit you want to use as your restock. All of the restock options and resources will be on that product page.
Most workplaces can keep their existing metal cabinet. You only replace the internal supplies. You can upgrade the cabinet if it is damaged or not aligned with the current ANSI classes. If you order a complete refill pack, MFASCO will include the Compliance label and QR code sticker, taking you to the restocking options and resources for the specific list of supplies.
MFASCO’s Total Compliance System is a branded process we created to help customers easily manage, refill, and maintain compliant first aid supplies. It provides structured tools—like Complete Kits, Complete Refill Packs, and individual items to make stocking and resetting a first aid cabinet simple.
Using the system is optional. Customers can choose to:
- Use a Complete Kit or Complete Refill Pack for a quick start or cabinet reset
- Use individual items to refill any existing cabinet
- Mix and match any combination of our tools and products
The refill pack is designed to “reset” a first aid cabinet and help integrate it into the easy refill workflow. When you buy a complete refill pack or complete first aid kit, it includes the compliance and QR labels which guide the customer in tracking and maintaining supplies, but you are never required to use any specific product or tool.
In short, the system is a flexible, branded process, not a locked-in ecosystem. You can manage your first aid cabinet your way, while still benefiting from the tools we created to simplify compliance.
A Complete Kit includes the cabinet and all supplies. A Refill Pack includes all internal supplies without the cabinet. Individual Items let you order single components based on your inspection notes.
Most teams check cabinets monthly. Higher risk environments check more often. Regular inspections keep supplies current and help maintain ANSI Z308.1-2021 compliance.
Safety officers, HR teams, facility managers, and operations leaders often manage the program. Some companies centralize ordering for multiple locations.
