Gauze pads used for general wound care when dressing minor burns, cuts and scrapes. Individually, sterile wrapped gauze pads are available in 2, 3 & 4 inch sizes and are packaged in either bulk boxes or smaller boxes designed for first aid kit use. Gauze pads can also be used to when cleaning wounds or for applying antibiotic creams or ointments.
Non Adherent Pads
Non Adherent pads, Telfa type, are gauze dressings that won't stick to the wound because they have a coating on the pad to prevent sticking, which aids in healing. Sterile, non adherent pads are available in 2x3 or 3x4 sizes and are available with or without sticky adhesive.
