Frequently Asked Questions
How easy is it to make my own custom kit? In 7 easy steps you can customize your kit to make it perfect for your needs. It's simple, just pick the type of kit you want to make, select a container and pick products you would like to include in your kit.
As you add items to your kit, our Make A Kit tool will show you the total cost of the kit you have assembled and capacity used for the kit container you selected.
We’ve made our Make A Kit tool completely versatile, so you can even select the products you want in your kit first and then we’ll show you all of our kit containers that will comfortable fit your supplies.
How do I order more than just one kit? After you put together your custom kit, you will have an opportunity to change the quantity of kits to order. If you need to make more than one type of kit, assemble your first kit, add to cart and then start over with a new kit. Our Make A Kit tool will keep track of items you put in each kit.
How do I know if my First Aid Kit meets the ANSI & OSHA requirements?
When making your custom first aid kit for workplaces, just select OSHA A or OSHA B kit when the Make A Kit OSHA Question appears. If you select either OSHA A or OSHA B the minimum requirements will be automatically added to your first aid kit. You may change the OSHA items added by removing, increasing or decreasing. If you remove or decrease quantities you will receive a message that indicates that your kit is no longer OSHA & ANSI Compliant.
Will my kits be assembled when I receive them?
For a minimal fee we will assemble your kits. If you would like to assemble your own kit(s) just select No to the Kit Assembly Question. Your kit products and containers will still be packaged safely to ensure you receive everything in good condition.
How do I know if the items will fit in my kit container?
The best way to customize your kit is to select the container first before selecting the individual products. When you select the container first, our capacity meter shows you how much capacity has been used as you select products to add to your kit.
Can I save my custom kit for future ordering?
As long as you have signed in or registered prior to using the Make A Kit tool you can save your customized kit for later. You can find all of your Make A Kit custom kits under the Reorder lists in My Account Information
How do I refill and restock my custom kit?
When you create and/or order a custom kit using the Make A Kit tool, that kit including the kit contents are saved to your account and listed in the reorder lists section of the My Account page. Kits will only be saved for customers who are signed in.
Do my kits come with labels?
