The plantar fasciitis wrap works good to help reduce the pain of bone spurs. The velcro on the strap does wear out after about six weeks or so. The velcro lasts longer if you leave the bottom strap attached when taking it off and then just use the top two straps to put it on. .. Rating: [4 of 5 Stars!]
